About This Dish

Stroganoff sauce is the restaurant’s signature creamy mushroom sauce accompanying beef strips, chicken stroganoff and pasta specials. This house-made white sauce comes standard with stroganoff entrees and noodle bowls, served over proteins and garnished with fresh herbs.
