Tacos Cochinita are served in the purest Mexican tradition – soft corn tortillas filled with cochinita pibil, one of Mexico’s most iconic and revered slow-braised pork preparations. Rich, tender and deeply aromatic, cochinita pibil is a dish of ancient Yucatecan heritage that rewards patience with extraordinary depth of flavor.
